Rooms have free wired internet. This hotel is best in class in all respects. The Onsen is amazing and the buffet was great with a wide variety. They have two full sized shuttle buses rotating around the city for guests to use freely and it stops at the JR Station and all along the city center. Taxis are readily available to book as well.

Such a charming ryokan with its own hot spring baths, perfectly well maintained, felt at home right away. Very clean and staff very attentive and respectful. Highlight of my trip, and close to many onsens even walking distance (which I did), 5min walk from the bus station. HIGHLY recommend

Perfect hot temperature in winter with beautiful views of mountains.

Ideally situated in the Yufuin Onsen district, this hotel provides a spa and wellness centre, as well as a hot spring bath. The property is non-smoking and is located 25 km from Beppu Station. This is THE best place in Yufuin. It was really easy to check in. Yes it's a bit further away from the city centre which makes it a bit more difficult to get to if you don't have a car (you can walk it or take a taxi up there) but it has the most epic view of the mountain. There are two onsens that everyone at the hotel can use, but they are effectively private as once you are in them you lock the door and you can have them to yourselves. The water is fantastic. Refreshing and makes you feel very relaxed. I would stay here at the drop of a hat again. Also make sure you walk up to Oogosha shrine (only 5 mins away) where you can get the experience of visiting a HUGE cedar tree temple and a bamboo forest that is 10x better than Arashiyama.

The guest house is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The location is amazing. It's convenient, close to public transport and also close to many sightseeing areas. You also get a great view of Beppu from the area around the hostel. The interior of the hostel is fantastic, you could spend hours looking at all the decorations and talking about your favorite shows. Tosi was also an incredible host who went above and beyond to make my stay as special as possible.

Spa and wellness facilities including a sauna and a hot spring bath, as well as the possibility to arrange massage treatments, are at guests' disposal during their stay at Sheraton Kagoshima. Guests at the hotel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Kagoshima, like hiking and fishing. Great hotel by all aspects. Large room with wonderful view. Very clean. Staff is very helpful and kind. Buffet Breakfast and buffet diner are excellent.
