L’établissement Onyado Nono Matsumoto Natural Hot Spring vous accueille à Matsumoto, à proximité de ces lieux d’intérêt : Gare de Matsumoto et Château de Matsumoto. Best thing was the no shoes policy - it was very nice and comfy to walk around in barefoot or in socks. Pajamas very also comfy and made the whole exprience very homely. The room and entire hotel had nice decorations which was nice. Typically Japanese hotels tend to be quite plain. Visited 7 different hotels during my stay in Japan and this was by far the best one.

This ryokan and the hospitality is something special! It was beyond amazing, and the best experience we had during our 21-day trip in Japan. We felt right at home from the beginning, even though Maki told us she was worried we would not be comfortable seeing its a traditional Japanese house. On the contrary; everything is well thought of and very stylish. You get to experience a real Japanese inn in a relaxed manner. We didn’t have any experience with traditional ryokans, and Maki kindly thought us the ways of putting on a yukata, enjoying a kaiseki meal and using an onsen. She and her mom are beyond kind and caring, and provide you with everything you need (i.e. they send us on our hike with drinks and a bear-bell). The food is truly amazing (and there is a lot!!!) and Maki takes time to explain the origin of the products/dishes and a lot of the food is seasonal and resourced locally. The room was beautiful, with a spectacular view and nice comfy places to sit. The futon beds were very comfortable and on top of that everything was very tidy and clean. We are so thankful we got this opportunity and feel blessed we met them and cute Fukumaki and Kenta and will keep the memories we made here forever in our hearts. WE WILL BE BACK!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, everything was perfect—impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and attention to detail in every aspect. The family that owned the place was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The quality of the dinner exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the effort that went into making everything just right

L’établissement Kisoji no Yado Iwaya se situe à Kiso, à 41 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Parc Takato Jōshi. Il met à votre disposition une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un parking privé gratuit. les personnels tres agréables et serviables. Malgré les bâtiments modernes, l'ambiance locale et le calme sont préservés, bien sure Osen!

L’établissement Ryokan Warabino se situe à Takayama, à 12 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Zoo de Suzaka. Il possède un jardin, un restaurant et un parking privé gratuit. My wish is everyone could stay here / experience this stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly face & exceptional service. They brought our luggage up to the room for us and showed us how to use a ryokan. Honestly wish I could give the man at the front desk / little old lady helping us in a hug. The private onsens were so gorgeous. We were able to access all 3 without a wait , but if they were in use there’s a time limit of 50 minutes and you can mark yourself down next if that’s the case. We chose to have dinner & breakfast included in our stay, and it was also amazing. High quality local traditional food. We were taught how to eat some dishes. We were both brought to tears with the amount of joy this stay brought us. One of our top experiences within Japan. Our room was huge with lots of space & beautiful light. Futons were comfortable. If you’re undecided where to stay for a great ryokan experience, please choose this place ! * If you’re looking for coffee there is a vending machine in lobby area & just outside near the parking lot.
