The view from the room was great. The room was very clean and the comfortable. They offered varied and very good food for breakfast, including mexican dishes.

Nice rooms, nice pool, very clean, quite. Super happy! It’s in a gated community, but this is sadly located next to a „slum-like“ neighbourhood. With an own vehicle everything fine

Staff was very friendly and flexible, I was just staying one night but I was able to check in and out when I needed which was great. The place looked really nice and cosy, and the villa was a lot bigger than expected. The pool also seemed very clean, and the shower worked great. I wish I could've stayed longer!

Amazing, very clean place in great localisation. Arturo is an amazing host with a lot of knowledge about area, thanks to him, I visited nearby temple ruins and got tips where the best beaches are, I recommend booking him as a guide if you want to see best places in Quintana Roo by car. Place is walking distance from Hotel Zone centre, there are also a bus stops nearby. I liked access to amenities and how hospitale Arturo is. Highly recommend!

Exceptional host that was very helpful and friendly. The unit was very clean and comfortable which was very important as I travelled with a 10month old baby and a three year old. I never once felt like I had to question the cleanliness of the apartment. Everything was just sooo clean!! There are convenience stores and a few fast food outlets within walking distance. My family and I felt very safe as the apartment is in a gated complex. All in all, a very comfortable stay.

Cute place with a pool, spacious and very clean room. We received a code to enter the premises, therefore never met the host.

The rooms are big enough, very clean, location is good. Breakfast is very good.
