Fantastic location only a short walk from the main high street and very peaceful and quiet. The property is well kept and very clean. The pictures really reflect on how the place looks unlike some other places.

Everything was perfect, very clean apartment, swimming pool outside, good Tv, equipped kitchen. Very nice hosts communication online. It was one of the best our apartment which we had in our vacations. Big car parking. Good location Chojnik castle 15 min by car, Adšprach rocks 1:20 by car, Bozkowske Dolomite caves 1:15 by car. A lot hiking trails nearby Szrenica, Snežka. Strongly recomend to choose Rezydencja Borowice!

Fantastic location, gorgeous views! Very clean, has all amenities you need.

The hotel was amazing. My room was spacious and very clean and my bed was so comfy. There were plenty facilities for my little one such as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds, the pool.

Lovely apartment, very clean, well equipped kitchen, super surroundings, restaurants not too far, friendly with pets. We will definitely come back soon

Nice and stylish (Austrian Alps hotel lookalike) place. Rooms are spacious and very clean. And they also look good. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, it will be even better if they speak some more english :-) Hotel is located quite near the "center" (if Karpacz has something like a center) so most of the points of interest are in the walking distance. I'd recommend hotel pool and sauna. It was awesome and we had used it every day. Also restaurant was good and we enjoyed every food we ordered.

Recreational area with a decent gym room, nice pool, saunas, exterior pool and sauna, that was excellent. Nice restaurant with OK food. Very clean hotel overall.
