Very clean and comfortable. Outstanding bathroom facilities and excellent bed. Thank you for the small coffee machine in the room and the biscuits. It was very convenient since it was next to the airport and metro stop.

Only stayed for one night, the staff was super friendly and the luggage storage was very convenient. Flexible check-in. Rooms were basic, but spacey and very clean with lockers and an ensuite bathroom. Didn't use the common spaces, I think they were not very big. But definitely a great place to stay for a city trip, since the location is awesome.

The hotel is located in a nice, safe area, near Casa da Musica metro station, outside the tourist center, but you can reach it very quickly by metro, 3 stops to Trindate central station. Near the hotel is a small shopping center that has a supermarket, and also Mercado Bom Sucesso, an very nice indoor market with food stalls. The room was very clean, linen and towels were changed every day.

A beautifully done property, the attention to detail shows in every aspect including the great styling and premium quality finishes & materials in the design & furnishings. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, everything very clean, lovely pool & facilities and great location which is easy to walk to town from, and the private parking was also a big plus.

Perfect location to visit Fundação Serralves. Simple but very clean and practical, careful renovation and very nice terrace. Local grocery and cafe / restaurant around the corner.

The hotel is charming (old style with style), very clean, well located, with an excellent staff. The room is not big but is confortable for two of us. Lots of restaurants and cafeterias around it, a walking distance to the city centre and many touristic sites. The bed is confortable and the room has a double glaze window. The breakfast is good and value for money. The staff is exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay at Vera Cruz Porto Downtown Hotel
