Great location. Just 10 minutes away from the beach and from the old town by motorbike. I rented a bicycle to go around the neighborhood and the rice fields. The family was very welcoming and attentive to meet my needs. The room is very clean and comfortable. I would love to come back!

The staff (especially Thuy and Hont) are extremely helpfull. Everybody is dedicated to make it a dream holiday. Rooms are very clean, cosy and spacious. Location is perfect, 12 minutes from Hoi An ancient town. Swimming pool and breakfast are top knotch. We will book this location every time we come back to Hoi An. This is a gem.

This homestay is right near the old town yet nice and quiet. We had a bedroom without balcony or window, but it was very clean, with good airconditioning and mini bar. Bonus was the hot shower! The owners are also very helpful! We arrived at night in Hoi An and got a room for a reduced price. We did a very fun cooking class on their recommendation and they booked our next bus to Da Lat for us. They offer free bikes to use, which is great to go to the beach! Laundry service is available! Higly recommended!

Very clean hotel in a great location, 10-12 minute walk to the Old Town. Staff very accommodating and helpful, particularly Kevin and My. Would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is new and amazing. All the facilities are great and very clean. The spa is wonderful and the rooms are huge. The breakfast is super complete and delicious. Nothing bad to say. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, especially Ame, who is wonderful and makes sure your stay in Hoi An is spectacular. She is always smiling and cares a lot about the guests!!!!

Very clean, modern hotel. Great service from the staff. Rooftop pool with a poolside bar, great booze at a good price. The downstairs restaurant served good quality food with a wide variety on the menu. Breakfast was great too, and I would recommend ensuring it’s included. The spa and massage services were amazing- highly recommend! Me and my partner both got Vietnamese style massages and it was the best we had - thank you to Ana for a great experience. Our group consensus was: The grand sunrise hotel exceeded our expectations, all around.
