The staff is truly exceptional! Most helpful, proactive and with excellent communication between departments, shifts and colleagues. They go extra mile, so we felt so well taken care of. Loved that our room had a balcony and a sea view! Location was perfect for our purposes - not that far from the airport and Yas Island and just 10 min to Shaikh Zayed Mosque - marvelous! And they have a beautiful view on it (the mosque).

The hotel is located in a very central area of Abudhabi and it is convenient to reach different attractions from it especially Yas Island which is located only 20 minutes away from the hotel. Staff were very nice and helpful, check in and check out times were fast, room service was fast. We liked that they have upgraded our room to a suite without asking and that made our short stay more pleasant. I can’t remember the name of the receptionist but thanks alot for that initiative. Pool area was clean and my kids really enjoyed it

What a fantastic find! This apartment is even better than the photos—incredibly comfortable with such elegant and stylish decor. The location is perfect for exploring, but the real highlight was our host, who went above and beyond to be supportive and make us feel welcome.
