Evrything was perfect! Much better than we expacted before! This hotel is not 3*, it should be 4* at least. People are very friendly and helpful. That was our best experience through all the bookings we did so far! At the reception Chetan and Eliza, Jan, Ahmet. Thank you for all of them. At the restaurant Olex made us an unforgetable time! I have to mention abut the breakfast. We could chose from a menu and they made it fresh in the kitchen and also have a buffet part with fruits, special chees table, croassaint and so on! The hotel have a connection with cove beach club what is also a very clean and new place with pools and sea side sunbeds as well! Excellant, that is the word for them! We gonna come back for sure!

Everything was as perfect as the previous review…the hotel amenities are so good the stafff are friendly Rasul and Rehman were able to send us a welcome cake for our honeymoon❤️❤️this was so thoughtful of them. I really enjoyed my stay at Voco The Palm, Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and spotless, and the whole hotel had such a fresh and relaxing vibe. Big thanks to Sameer, Awais, Gopi, Hussein (hope I got the name right, he was at reception and gave us a wonderful welcome), and the pool and beach team for their kindness and great service. From the delicious omelets prepared by Raw and his colleagues to the ever-smiling service from Touqeer and the entire restaurant staff, every moment was special. On my last day, I noticed the General Manager feeding the birds in the garden, which deeply touched me.
