Lovely clean warm room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Coffee machine 👍🏼 Toiletries included shampoo conditioner & body lotion - smelt fabulous. Breakfast was very good - fabulous breads and freshly prepared eggs. Plus homemade cake 😍 Close to airport - less than 15 euros in a cab. Honesty bar was useful.

This was truly an exceptional stay. We went to this hotel for a relaxing few days in spa and it was beyond our expectations. Starting from rooms and ending with the food - everything was great. You can even order to sleep on the herbal pillows - which gives you an extra relaxation. Spa is really great with many saunas and swimming pools, natural lake. Definitely will come back!

Highly recommend! Top service, amenities, well thought design interior! A feeling of house/villa but with everything that you need and in top quality! Super clean everywhere! Great location- in the good centre of Salzburg , not in the touristic part, but near (8 min walk) Don’t miss the breakfast! Amazing and fresh choices! Great atmosphere! Very nice room ideally located close to the city center but in quite area. Certainly visit the hall arranged as coffee/bar if you have the NewYork room that is located next to the private bar, it's very nice !

Stefanie welcome was great, and set the tone for a great stay. We were upgraded to the loft. If you can manage the 3 flights of stairs, it was great. The automatic windows is great, but there is also an aircon. We were given bus tickets which we used on Bus 150 to Bad Ischl and back.
