We had a spacious suite with a kitchenette on the first floor with a balcony facing Pirate Bay. Great view, wonderful updated furnishings and appliances. They even provided soap for the sink, dishwasher and clothes washing machine which were all in suite. Excellent value, exceptional venue with the hotel literally over the bay a 2 min walk to the beach. It was centrally located on the Tasman Peninsula to all our activities. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! A+++

We stayed at Alan’s place for a night and really liked it. He was very kind to us and made us feel welcome. The guest area is quite private, so we had our own space. The garden was perfect for enjoying the sunset.

Amazing location and services. Such a peaceful place to stay at. Has a little kitchen with a beautiful view. Also has a washing and dryer which came in really handy cause we were soaked in the rain that day. We highly recommend you to stay here if you travelling around port Arthur. Close to port Arthur and the cape tracks.

The stay at the Ruby’s cottage pyt pur trip of Tasmania into a totally new level. Magnificent surroundings, great facilities, warm welcome. Rhos was just a perfect stay. We appreciated the care pf the hosts. The games and toys available for our kids make their stay also more joyful. The meeting of the caws was something exceptional. We really enjoyed also the late evening around the fire pit. A truly exceptional play to stop on Tasman peninsula.

    Easy reception not to many questions and rules. Was able to quickly grab the key card and go. Felt relaxed and comfortable Nice gas heater Provides machines liquid and powders. Provides most kitchen appliances and cupboards. Good amount of towels provided. Maybe a couple more if more people were staying. Liked how there is car parking close to rooms.

    Location is near Tessellated Pavement coastal walk and a short drive to the beautiful coastal area(Blowhole ,Tasman arch etc.) Good parking available. Comfortable room. Busy dining area.

    Excellent views, easy parking, relaxing bar with convenient restaurant. Perfect for a night while travelling. Excellent staff all around - had a slight issue which Rob sorted for us. Sever in the restaurant was great, as was reception later.

    I booked the standard double room which was okay for a single traveller. The room was basic with a small TV; however, the bed was warm and comfortable (electric blankets provided). Heating was provided via an electric convection-style heater. The bathrooms have been upgraded since my last stay. Located just across the road from the Tessallated Pavement car park, the hotel is well-situated for those wishing to see the rock formations in different light conditions.

    Loved the view from our apartment and the interior was clean, contemporary and had everything we needed. parking outside a big plus! Location to all the natural sites was so incredible! Ate in the restaurant twice and each time the service was fantastic!

    Location was very convenient. Our view was the car parking area around the back Nothing special. Meal and service at the dining room was excellent. The server in the dining room was pleasant and lovely to talk to.
