Check in was quick and efficient. Room was ready upon arrival. Room was clean and tidy. I am glad I went for the more unique stay in this restore Victorian mansion than in a standard hotel-gives the guest a taste for the beautiful architecture can be found within the city. Views from the window were great, overlooked the river and the city center. Centrally located and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, museums.

The Florance exceeded our expectations. The location was very central, parking was included, the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious. The staff including the owner of the property were welcoming and friendly. The decor of the place - mixed modern and vintage - was very tasteful and beautiful.

    This was a lovely homely place to stay, great value, everything thought of. Next door to a Coles open to 10pm, bus Chemist, off licence, parking...not needed by me but there if needed. I loved seeing the birds in the garden in the morning. Great alternative to sterile hotels for a single traveller

    I loved that the place was in a great location close to Coles, access to free parking space and that the room exceeded my expectations in terms of hospitality, quality, style and comfort. I really enjoyed being able to take my time in the morning enjoying breakfast in the comfort of the room with the garden view.
