The staff were really helpful with our situation. Due to unexpected circumstances we had to change our booking from 2 nights to 1 night last minute. The staff was accommodating to our request and we got our booking changed really smoothly.

Room was extremely clean, bed comfortable. Booking and communication was excellent as we arrived late in the evening, lady left key for us and lights on, vouchers etc for bowling club. This is our second stay and will definitely stay again.

this is our 4th stay. cabins are always clean and comfortable. we love that it is dog friendly with access to off leash dog beach. staff are friendly and helpful. short drive to pacific palms club where you can eat outside overlooking the lake with your fur baby
