Simple motel packed with everything you need, near town centre. Clean and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were travelling g from UK and randomly chose this motel and were pleasantly surprised. Also turned up during jacaranda festival so added bonus of meeting fellow clients of motel who told us all about it and pointed out what to do from list the motel had supplied all rooms.

Late check was made easy. The room was far better than expected. The furnishings was great and made the room feel all that little bit more homely after been on the road away from home for a while.

This place was great! Newly renovated. Clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The pool, hot tub and bbq were awesome. Exactly as shown on the pictures. Walking distance to absolutely everything in the town (river, pubs, picturesque churches, cafes and shops). Loved it and would recommend! Kitchenette includes a kettle, microwave and toaster. There was plenty of space to unpack and settle in. Really loved our stay.

Delightful host who introduced us to the property and left us to enjoy the fabulous space. Wonderful gardens, wonderful spacious property which was fully equipped and genorously stocked. Grafton and the valley were great and a short drive took us out thru Hunter Valley
