My family love this house. We had 2 bedrooms. It was very clean and they provide good choice of breakfast as well. Wine was included too :) We stayed for 2 nights and my son enjoyed himself in the bathtub for 2 days. The scenery was great too....we walked around the estate and took many photos......

A very unique place with plenty of amenities and cleanliness. We truly admire the work they did with the 745 tram; it was a wonderful experience spending time there with friends and family. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen, although small (which is understandable since it was a tram), had an outdoor area where we could barbecue and cook our meals more comfortably. The firepit area and especially the living room, which felt like we were traveling, made it all incredibly fun!

    Clean, comfortable and with a generous and exceptional breakfast, parking at front and views at the rear. Close to the highway but we weren't disturbed at all by any noise. Close to cafes and restaurants in Wandin and Seville and a little further away in Lilydale. Plenty to do and see.
