The property was nice and clean, an it was fully furnished. The rooms was really good size, master bedroom was really my favourite. Air con available in the bedroom and fans. Kitchen had all the utensils. Living room was perfect size for the family to relax in.

This was the best hotel ever. Best people and best hospitality I’ve ever encountered. The hotel is beautiful. Incredibly clean, comfortable, and well located. Alinur, Rumel, and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and kind and went out of their way to make my stay amazing. They organised tours of the area and even bought me fresh jackfruit off the tree as they knew I loved it so much. I had the absolute best time staying here and am so sad to leave. Will miss them all!

This hotel is awesome regarding the location regarding the amenities as well as the staff. We really liked that they were so helpful, showed us where to visit the sightseeing spots as well even give us a room although we had checked out early on that day. They just wanted us to rest there and they did not charge us. In sum I can recommened Bottomhill for any locall as well as foreigners who come to visit Syleth. Thank you Bottomhill Palace!!!

Location is great, close to railway station, but, mainly liked the staff, everyone was nice and available, they treated us with pure respect and gave us the best treatment available. They let us choose the room we wanted to be in, gave us a tour and a whole flat as we booked 3 rooms for me an my family, plus they were always considerate. Best value of money, enjoyed the stay, will surely come back.
