Upon arrival, even though the scheduled time was confirmed, the door was locked and there was no response to messages or Facebook updates, so I was lost for a long time. I managed to check in thanks to a kind person nearby. The facility is very old, not well maintained, and not very clean. However, the laundry machine was available and the location was great.

Staff is friendly and helpful, location is very good - close to the centre and park, but most importantly on the river with the best view! It was so peaceful and recharging - perfect for leisure and business trips. I didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was as always very delicious - like homemade one.

The friendly owner. He was very helpful though we had contact only on the phone. Also the lady at the reception, who came immediate although it was quite a late hour.

It’s near the centre and the owner is so nice and helpful. He speaks Russian so we could easily communicate. The room was clean and the owner offered unlimited tea, coffee and drinking water which was nice. If I go to Svishtov again this is definitely where I’ll stay!

The tiny house had everything we needed for a short stay, a comfortable mattress, pleasant lighting, pretty decorations, a cozy indoor hammock and a nice place to sit around the fire. The host was helpful and there were many friendly cats and dogs around. We really enjoyed the sauna!
