Everything was exceptional. There was everything in the kitchen that you could possibly need. Diane left us a little bit of cream in the fridge for our first morning tea and coffee which was a lovely touch <3 The bed was soooo comfortable! I would live in this studio if i could! Seriously A+++. We will be back as soon as we can! Thank you so very much!

The room was nicely decorated, just slightly small. There is a microwave in the common area and a big thank you to the staff for helping us find 2 bowls that could be used for heating. There is also a hot tub on the roof and a sauna in the building that requires a reservation

Such a fabulous little motel. All the staff were lovely. The room was perfect for us and lovely and clean. Comfy bed. Great view from the balcony for and afternoon drink and nibbles. Would highly recommend Villa Motel.

Our second time staying, definitely recommend if you're looking for quiet, peaceful surroundings. Beautiful views, with access to beach. Friendly owners who are so welcoming. Little kitchenette, comfy beds. New restaurant on site. Outside bbq on large deck to enjoy the views and have your morning coffee, love this place.

    My friend and I went to Nelson in early May, it was still a bit off season. We stayed two nights in Victoria fall house, it was very quiet as only we two guests there. The location was perfect, close to everything. The room had a fully equipped kitchen. Also, it has a private parking lots back of building, which was so convenient and valuable to us as we had a car. I would stay again if I come to Nelson next time and recommend it to any of my friend who's going there.

    We got a 3rd floor room with a balcony overlooking the lake. The view was spectacular. A "city" view means that you are looking at the parking lot. Lake view is a must! Great coffee cafe on premises.
