Mel and Dave were wonderful from start to finish. The lane in was muddy so we parked in the area provided by the road and Dave picked us up in the 4 wheel drive. The room was comfortable with great views. Beds were amazing.Meals were excellent, including accomodating gluten free. The conversation flowed, as did the wine. The walk along the cliffs was bracing in the wind and rain but magnificent. Bald Eagles were an added bonus.

We have stayed there for about two weeks. The owner has gone above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we would ever imagine. His dog is a lovely creature ( miss you Lucy :-) ). Whenever we needed support or advice, Bradley was right there helping us with what he could. I couldn't have imagined better place to stay . The house has a pool table which on the rainy evenings becomes super handy.

Home made muffins, fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola, juice, banana bread- you name it. We had it for breakfast. So much local advice for things to do. Beautiful home built in 1843 but renovated to modern standards. Gorgeous pond just 100m away. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Pure bliss.

    If you like old houses with old style furniture in a quite old look, this is the place. The bath tube (jaccuzi) is in the room, not in the toilet, with a shower handle. Don't be surprised by the pictures, despite looking old, the place is comfortable and quiet, even if the person receiving us is with old clothes with two dogs (the rough one is locked). American-English breakfast includes a special Bulwinkles style egg (cooked in oven). Parking entrance is at the back of the house.
