Everything, without a doubt! Everything was perfect. It was our first time camping, it was romantic, peaceful and calm!! Its nice to have a moment of peace with welcoming People like Francis and Jasmine!! I would recommand 10000% to anyone Who wants to escape the daily living of the city, it aspires us to live every moment with peace and to enjoy nature! Its purely beautiful and a bonus if your love Farm animal like us!

I gave this exceptional rating because I was given room Nr. 23, which is the only room with balcony, situated towards the garden and lake, very quiet, with good possibilities for fresh air through the balcony door, everything was perfect. Breakfast is simple (continental) downstairs and consists of cereals, toast bread, butter, marmelade, cocoa cream, tea, coffee, juice etc. and can be self-made anytime, even at 4am. Good parking right in front and free of charge. I liked the village atmosphere and calmness (but may be too far from Montreal, but for my purpose it was OK).

We just loved the whole Chateau Vaudreuil experience from having the front door opened for us, greeted by a lovely staff member in the beautiful foyer (sorry I don't remember her name), checked in seamlessly, and shown to our room. The bed was sooo comfortable, absolute luxury,, honestly, we didn't want to get out of the bed!! We had our 42nd wedding anniversary dinner in the restaurant and once again, just stunning. We couldn't have chosen a more special place to celebrate, and our three nights stay will be with us for a long time to come.

We enjoyed our two day stay at the chalet for a family reunion with 8 people. Some positive points to raise: - the owner Mario was very friendly and responded to any questions and requests we had quickly. He was also flexible in scheduling our departure time on the Sunday which was much appreciated - the chalet is spacious and could easily host our two families. There is plenty lawn space around the chalet for the children to play. Also nice to know during hot days you have air-conditioning to retreat to. - the main living room as a beautiful view across Moonlight lake through a huge window. Also the living room is well stocked with board games etc... - Mario has prepared a useful booklet with ideas for activities and sigh-seeing. We enjoyed going for ice cream in Huntingdon. - The area is quiet and the surroundings interesting to visit allowing for relaxing days away from work - We made an epic and enjoyable tour of the lake using all 5 kayaks available at the property and explored the stream at the end of the lake. Lifejackets were supplied. - Bedrooms and the bathroom were clean with plenty blankets.
