Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. It s unforgettable feeling like you are in city of Switzerland but having resort facilities. Like the smell of amenities and whole ambiance of the hotel. You feel home at La Reserve accomodations. Now I do not know which is my favourite: paris , Zurich of Geneve. They all so different, love them all.

We just loved this hotel. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful and friendly staff throughout our stay. Our room was a good size with an ‘oh so comfy’ bed! Decor and furniture very tasteful and good quality, with an ‘old world’ feel but with nice, modern touches. We will certainly stay here again next time in Geneva!
