Exceptional service, thanks to Hotel Manager Olena. She took care of us during our entire stay. We were also offered an upgraded room and additional amenities. Highly competent staff. The hotel was very clean. The room was a good size and although our room faced the road we couldn't hear the traffic noise. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke good English. There was a good choice for breakfast and everything was fresh. The timings for breakfast were good ie spread over a few hours.
