It‘s very good maintained. Very good quality. Local products. Location perfect, view even better. Very generous breakfast. Diner also amazing with a lot of product from the garden, that’s on the property. Amazing swimming pool area with the view on the Viniard. I loved it.

The cleaning is done perfectly, in the apartment you will find everything you need, the view is beautiful, you have a parking slot at the location, the check in is realy easy to do, the hosts are very nice, ready to help with any information, they answered fast to our messages.

The studiò is clean, very comfortable and cozy. Laura is very friendly, and gave us good suggestions about restaurants in the area. we had direct access to the garten where our two little dogs loved to go. We felt like home.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. The decor and detail are next to none, the staff kind and knowledgeable, and the breakfast was very high quality. We visited Como and would only stay on lake Lugano from here on out. Morcote has a ton of charm and great restaurants, and getting around with public transportation was easy. Highly recommend!!

It was a truly special experience. The breakfasts felt like those in a five-star hotel – a variety of cheeses and cold cuts you could reorder, freshly home baked pastries, and all of this included in the price. On top of that, we had access to SUP boards, which we used to explore both sides of the lake, and bicycles for magical rides just 10 minutes from the Italian border, where we enjoyed a chilled Aperol. We had an amazing room with air conditioning – something you don’t usually find in Switzerland. A special thank you to our hosts, who were always available, ready to help, and happy to provide anything we needed to make our stay in their apartment truly wonderful. We absolutely loved our stay!

    Great value for money. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Paid parking nearby with good instructions from hotel on how to access and pay. Good breakfast and great price. My room was very simply decorated, but clean and comfortable with a nice view on the square. I was given a courtesy upgrade to a larger room.
