Everything is great about this property, but specially the staff. A big note of appreciation goes to the Jason the concierge, he’s so helpful and friendly. Also to Anna the customer ambassador , and the cleaning lady on the 3rd floor… she was always very attentive in order to make sure my room was perfect. The location is great. Only 2 minutes walk from the hotel to the Metro Line 5 with the shortcut. The staffs are helpful, the beds are big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. There are different types of socket in the room so does not matter where are you from, you still can find the right one. If we come back to Beijing, we will book again this hotel.

Excellent service from A to Z. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and very well designed. Special thanks to Mr. DAVID at the reception, for his kindness and his help when I had to find a taxi very quickly to get to the train station. We had the most fantastic time staying at this hotel. The staff were amazing and the location of the hotel you couldn't beat. So much around and very cultural. The afternoon tea and also dressing up in the Chinese costumes the kids absolutely loved. Will definitely be back

Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by great local spots.
