We are very satisfied with the service you provided .. we arrived at midnight and the girls one of them called Helen were very helpful for us as they helped us to order food and did all what they can to make us feel like we are at home .. anyway, the rooms were spacious, the beds and pillows very confertble, verity at the breakfast, I recommend thos Hotel and I'll visit again if possible. many thanks

The hotel is perfectly situated if you are looking to get away from the noisy and busy Shanghai city center, offering breathtaking views of the lake—a haven of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms were a highlight of our stay: spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful environment with no disturbances from other guests. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout our visit, and the bed was not only generously sized but also exceptionally clean and comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was another standout feature. As a modern smart bathroom, it offered ample space and functionality, combining luxury with convenience. The breakfast service was outstanding. Each morning, we were treated to an extensive and varied selection of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Despite the busy atmosphere at times, the staff remained friendly, attentive, and highly efficient, ensuring everyone was well looked after. The check-in process was seamless and quick, and we appreciated the multilingual staff, who were proficient in English and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our request for extra bedding without hesitation. I stayed at the hotel for transit. It is not far from the Pudong airport. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped me with my wifi issue. The room was big, clean and very good value for the price. I left at 7am but they prepared breakfast in a lunchbox.
