I've never seen a hotel like this before! 🤯 The Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel. 🏨 I stayed at the Pudong branch during a business trip to Shanghai and also brought my family along for a trip. Considering it would be convenient for taking care of the kids, I wanted to book a hotel that provided scenic - spot pick - up services when making the reservation. 🚥 After doing some online research, I found that the Shanghai Heyi Tang Hotel not only offers pick - up and drop - off services at Pudong Airport but also for five popular scenic spots 🗺— Disneyland, Haichang Ocean Park, Planetarium, Wild Animal Park, and Yaoxue Ice and Snow World. Our itinerary was for three days and two nights. The free pick - up and drop - off service is just amazing. I didn't have to worry about transportation during the trip. And the fact that they even offer midnight snacks at this price! Staying at this hotel is just so convenient! ✌ This is truly the top - notch hotel in Shanghai!!

As a guest, I wholeheartedly recommend Crowne Plaza Shanghai Snow World, an IHG Hotel. The service here is exceptional, making you feel right at home. All the staffs there are very friendly and helpful! (100% true) The hotel is located next to Snow World and Water World, allowing us to enjoy leisure time effortlessly. Special mention goes to Manager Wu, Jerry for his thoughtful service, making the entire stay experience even more warm and memorable. This is definitely an ideal accommodation choice, and I look forward to visiting again! (Actually I have already extended the stay for 2 more days)

The hotel is clean with all the amenities required. Austin the owner/manager is a phenomenal lad who went out of his way to help show a first time traveller in China where to eat, exchange cash and sign up for the apps. I can't recommend it highly enough. 10/10

The rooms were a highlight of our stay: spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful environment with no disturbances from other guests. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout our visit, and the bed was not only generously sized but also exceptionally clean and comfortable—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was another standout feature. As a modern smart bathroom, it offered ample space and functionality, combining luxury with convenience. The breakfast service was outstanding. Each morning, we were treated to an extensive and varied selection of delicious options, catering to all tastes. Despite the busy atmosphere at times, the staff remained friendly, attentive, and highly efficient, ensuring everyone was well looked after. The check-in process was seamless and quick, and we appreciated the multilingual staff, who were proficient in English and went out of their way to assist us, even accommodating our request for extra bedding without hesitation. This hotel delivers an unparalleled experience, clearly prioritizing the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and serene getaway. I can’t wait to return for another visit!
