The property manager (Leonardo) and the staff care for the guests as people. In my case, a thunderstorm brewed over the night and I was planning to drive to our next location. Leonardo and another staff member looked up some local news to make sure we knew what the safest route was. In regard to the room, they have 2 AC units and loads of space for either couples or small families. The community is secure and feels very cozy. Breakfast is delicious. HIGHLY HIGHLY regard others to stay here.

Lovely place immersed in the nature! Very safe also for female solo travel, even if it’s a bit isolated. The tent is really functional and it’s like a proper room with all comforts. I had a lovely time also with Felix and the cows that live in front of the tent. It was a blessing to wake up in the nature like that! And it’s in front of a volcano!

Greeting of Natalia who is really nice and available to give us devices and assure you a great stay a La Fortuna . Umberto is always ready to help you . We wanted to stay in the city to discover the Arenal Area and we are glad that we have chosen Suwa Villa. It is a new complex with about six rooms. The hotel is not directly visible from the street. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and had everything that we needed. The accommodation has a washing machine for the guests which is really great. There are plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in 5-10 minutes walk. Parking in front of the hotel. Easy communication with the hosts.
