Really pleasant stay with Sergio and his partner (very sorry to forget her name!) House is well kept and you feel relaxed there. Sergio was very helpful with advice on the area of where to go and very pleasant to talk with in general. Would recommend!

Home away from home! 🏠 🥰 Don’t look any further. This will make your stay in Monteverde everything and more!! A very wholesome home stay. Despite Lily not living here she is always just a text away. Cutest little pink house situated in the mountains a small walk to Monteverde city centre. Very safe neighbourhood. There is a little convenience store next door for any late night snacks. Everything about our stay was perfect. We met some lovely travellers in the other rooms even know it’s a small place it never felt over crowded. Spotlessly clean house- room, common areas, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen has everything you need to cook a yummy home cooked meal. Lily was AMAZING and nothing was a bother she was always so positive and helpful!! From the delicious breakfast, a washing service, help with booking tours the list goes on. Thanks so much for our beautiful stay. Will recommend to all my friends and family. Grace and Chels xoxo

We absolutely loved the place. The Tiny house is modern and has everything you might want including a hot tub and a fire place. The views from the observation platform are incredible. The hosts were really friendly and have thought of every to the smallest detail. They even left us fresh eggs, milk and juice, coke and beer and a bottle of bubbly which was a welcome surprise. Highly recommend the Amalu resort.

Gracious hosts/talented local artists with beautiful family greeted me with flowers/ fresh fruit and gifted me a bottle of wine when I mentioned I enjoyed wine/cheese for light dinner. Superb, fresh, well-appointed and private accommodations in nature away from tourist hustle bustle but within walking distance to good restaurants and main attractions.

Clean, nice equipped and comfy bungalow with a stunning view into the nature. Jennifer and Jose are such lovely hosts. They prepared really good breakfast and dinner with fresh ingredients from the farm. The coffee tour was amazing and we learned many new things about their sustainable farm. Furthermore they helped us with planning our further trip.
