Excellent breakfast, fantastic location. You are a just 5 minutes away from a very quiet and secluded beach, it felt like we had a private beach to ourselves. The rooms were very tasteful and great attention to detail. Would stay again.

Beautiful, tranquil, relaxing hotel surrounded by forestry and backing onto a wonderful beach. We had an amazing stay at the Dragonfly. we loved the calm space, watching birds and animals pass by, spending time on the beach. The villa was smallish but had everything we needed and was comfortable. Shops and local attractions were all no more than 15 minutes away. Anya the manageress was always on hand to help. Looking forward to returning

Everything about our 5 nights Exotico stay was top notch! Design, decor, seclusion, natural beauty, yet closenest to all, and then in this order: the staff, the entire front line team, the housekeepers (loved getting to know Raquel) the howler monkeys over our head, and the toucans, every day! The beach access to the most beautiful beach....The most delucious breakfast and meals! I wish we'd still be there! We enjoyed the easy access to Cocles beach, Manzanillo park, Puerto Viejo at night, a big WOW!

Just the perfect place….. perfect location, beautiful room in the midle of the forest and some steps from the beach…. Awa is located at the most beautiful beach in Puerto Viejo. The personal is unbelivable friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and also the dinner in the restaurant. Awa is just perfect, we liked it so much. Absolutely a must see and must come back place :)

It was our first time on the Carribean coast of CR. In my opinion this is the best place you can find in CR generally. Nicest wooden house in just 50 meters from such a beach. Impeccable place multiplied by a super service and attention we were paid by the staff and personally by a co-owner Luis! We would certainly like to return to this place!
