This villa comfortably accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms, and there are also two additional sofas – one in the living room and one in a bedroom. The villa is very spacious and well-designed: the living room and kitchen are large and cozy, and the bedrooms are also very comfortable (just note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have windows). The pool was very clean. There are two large dining tables in the house, along with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and hosting a party or barbecue – with ice buckets, a huge number of plates, glasses, cups, a toaster, a good coffee machine, a large fridge, etc. The bed was very comfortable, with several pillows and high-quality bedding. The lower-level bedrooms have a stunning view of the pool. We were also pleasantly surprised to find another small kitchen and a nice bathroom on the lower floor (there are four bathrooms in total). You can park 2–3 cars on the property, and there is additional parking near the villa, along with a café and a taverna nearby. The host, Kristina, is very kind and welcoming and was always available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay in this house again!

Owner was really polite and even though I requested an earlier check in last minute due to some health issues she was more than happy to help. Lovely lady, and the property was clean quite and comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights during our trip through Cyprus and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. However, the highlight of our stay was the beautiful terrace where breakfast was served—just a few meters from the sea. It was absolutely lovely and made for the perfect start to our mornings. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, all served by a friendly and attentive staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Larnaka!

The staff are very welcoming and helpful, always offering with a smile. The location is perfect as it is 15 min away from the crowded city, which makes it quiet but close. The room was very clean, very well lit, and spacious. 4 restaurants to offer a very wide variety of delicious food. Although the hotel was full, the facility is big enough not to feel crowded.
