Fantastic service! The family leading the hotel made us immediately feel welcome and provided great service. The hotel has a very good location in the Troodos mountains. It is an authentic country house furnished with love and special artistic and aesthetic skills. Everything is furnished with vintage items and decorations. A vinyl jukebox from the second half of the 20th century with an excellent record collection is in operation and playing, as well as game boxes from the same period. Well furnished and decorated two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor terrace and balcony. I was pleasantly surprised by the owner's note in Lithuanian language, with contact information, but it's a pity that I didn't get to meet the owner face to face. Entrance to the house with a combination lock. And hungry kittens, which we happily fed. There is a place to parking on the street near the house, but the street is narrow, but there is no problem for cars to pass, because the traffic here is not intense. A must walk in the authentic village of Askai, descending from the mountain, the spirit of a true Cypriot village…

After clear instructions re: where to park our car and how to reach the property, we easily found it. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen Yiannis' messages while I was driving, and he was patiently waiting for us at the reception. We immediately felt very welcome, and he even gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture of hospitality. Then, he showed us our apartment, which was just great: a spacey bedroom, a kitchen, sofa, and spacious bathroom - and a wide balcony on the street side where we sat both in the afternoon and evening. Shutters make the room completely dark, and in this quiet neighbourhood, silence is all but guaranteed so we had a very good sleep. Close by, there is a bar and a restaurant, and a short walk downhill brings you to a bunch of restaurants near the river. All in all, a very commendable option for your stay in Kakopetria.

    Lovely little hotel with excellent facilities - car park, small spa area with steam room & sauna (extra charge). Lovely room with kettle, fridge, fan, TV & large balcony. Great WiFi. Pleasant restaurant with limited menu but great value. I have stayed here twice now. Very convenient for many of the sights & activities of Troodos mountains.

    Lovely staff. Convenient location, easy to access via good roads. There was car parking, a pool (seasonal), gym & lovely views. Quiet & very clean. Reasonably priced food & drink. I would definitely stay here again.
