The guesthouse is located directly at the main square of the village, we had room No. 2 with direct view to the main square. The guesthouse, has been recently renovated and the quality of the renovation work is on very high standard, this includes the common space, dining rooms, small yard behind the house (serving as a terrace for breakfast in case of nice weather), the room itself and bathroom. The breakfast offered many options, the sweet bakeries and selection of fruits were perfect. The entrance keys were available through the lock box at the door providing flexibility with no rush to come late in time in the evening. The downtown has amazing renessaince buildings.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the k-haus. I had a clean, lovely room and good bathroom too. It is located right by the train station so it was easy to do day trips around bohemian and Saxon Switzerland. The kitchen was super well equipped and it was very clean too. The host was so kind to let me check-in earlier than usual and allowed me to keep my luggage at the hostel until the time of my train after checking-out.

The great attitude, cozy apartment and the best view from the window in the kitchen on mountains. 10 minutes to the best restaurant in town Arrigo, 15 min to caste by feet. Appartment was even bigger than we expected, a lot of towels, big TV with czech broadcast. Ecofireplace. A lot of stuff in the kitchen, ready to cook, we didn't have to buy nothing additionally. Also appartment was nicely decorated with cristmass motives, would like to come back.

    The self check-in went very smoothly. The instructions sent beforehand were clear and I gained access to the flat within seconds after arrival. There is ample parking in front of the house. You have an entire floor to yourself. The flat is really spacious and everything was just perfect, including the central heating. Perfect also for self-caterers with a large fridge. At this price point I would say it presents excellent value for money and I will not hesitate to book again.
