Since the beginning the owner communicate very well with us. The check-in was very efficient, the apartment is very cozy and very well-equipped. It is a nice farm, there are posibilities to visit their animals in the nice stable. This can be a big advantage for children. We selected this location because of its convenient location. It was very close to Vrchlabí and Spindlerův Mlyn. We were attending the World Cup skiing. It was easy to get there from Farma.

Great localized, with walking distance to centrum. Or 15 min driving to the main point as Szpindlerowy Młyn. Cozy and quiet place. Free parking. Amazing views. Delicious breakfast, suited to mountain climates. Big thanks to Fantastic ladies who's take care of breakfast and tidy rooms during our stay . 100% recommend this place

The owners (and their dog!) were super friendly and made us feel at home. The room was great and breakfast was made with love. Good coffee is a big bonus for us! The building is very nice and has a lot of personality. There is also self service wine and bottled beers available which was great. It actually felt a little sad to leave which had us laughing at ourselves.

We made a spontaneous one-night booking, and due to a mix-up with the services, we were upgraded to a larger house with a jacuzzi. Stanislav was very friendly and did everything he could to help. It’s a perfect place to relax with family or friends. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooks the forest, there’s a grill, and a spacious kitchen. A peaceful hideaway in an authentic village setting. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended!
