Breakfast was a great start to the day. Great town to stay on the Rhine as main road and railway are not near the river. Interesting independent shops with craft and galleries. Interesting association with Willy Brandt. Really good value for money. Parking easy and free just ignore the no vehicles sign on Frankfurter Str into the old town . The other room was renovated with new bathroom. The personnel is very friendly. The beds are comfortable. We like breakfast and had a nice dinner in connected restaurant Zur Traube. Parking is in the inner yard just next to the entrance. Unkel old town is small but nice to take a walk along the Rhine riverbank in the evening.
