Everything! The staff went out of their way several times to help us. The location is great, just on the edge of town but very quiet. The artwork in the hotel was beautiful, and I bought one of the paintings directly off the wall! The breakfast was wonderful - my favorite of all my Ecuadorean breakfasts.

We booked to stay here a few nights to unwind after a busy period of travel, which was a great choice. The staff are all lovely and helpful, the location is really peaceful with waterfalls and viewpoints ~15 minutes walk away, and the communal facilities are great (pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, ps5). We were given a free upgrade to a room with a balcony - the room felt like a hotel room, very modern and well looked after, with a bath and a hammock on the balcony. Food is decent and decently priced, and there are bikes to hire for $10 to do the Ruta de las Cascadas, plus you can book rafting, canyoning etc through the hostel. Bar on site too with beer happy hour and a separate cocktail happy hour later on, but it wasnt a party hostel (we stayed in June so high season, but it wasn't too busy). Ended up extending our stay by 2 nights - loved chilling out here

High above the town it was quiet and peaceful with exceptional views. The pools were gorgeous. The food was fantastic.

The view on the volcano and the always helpful and kind owner Fabricio. He even gave me snacks and drinks without me asking for it. I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying a week.

It was so clean and fresh towels every day. Breakfast was really nice eggs, fruit, bread and freshly squeezed juice. Irene was very helpful throughout our stay helped us to book tours. Comfy beds. Best shower so far in Ecuador.

Amazing location! You can see a waterfall from the property and the surrounding mountains are stunning. Many birds around. Lovely dogs and the cat tiggy. Oliver prepared a delicious dinner for us. The room was super comfortable and we missed nothing! I have not seen any better place around Baños!

I saw some people complain about the location in reviews. It's on the edge of the town, a bit uphill from the city centre but it's just 10 minutes walk, the view is amazing and at the same time it's calm and quite (we hear only birds singing in the morning). The women managing the hostel does a great work. Not only rooms are clean but also shared bathrooms and kitchen. Breakfast was always on time and it was tasty. Additionally she's helpful and her choice of music matches perfectly an atmosphere of the place.

It is an exceptional hotel that covers all my needs, both in terms of location, cleanliness, attention to delicious quality food, and we even asked to meet the cooks to give them our thanks and recognition. This time my mom and my aunt traveled and we felt like At home. The breakfast was delicious, everything except that it lacked caffeine-free coffee but they have told me that they will have it on their menu in the future.
