Everything was just great. The people who work there and the facilities are extraordinary. There's also very good food and super affordable drinks. It's 15 minutes outside of town quite in the middle of the mountains, place Is very chill and Views are awesome. People who get there are from múltiple nationalities and willing to have a great time. I highly recommend this hostel!!!

Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

The view on the volcano and the always helpful and kind owner Fabricio. He even gave me snacks and drinks without me asking for it. I booked for 3 nights but ended up staying a week.

We had a great two night stay here. Really comfortable room. Beds were great. Large and spacious room with plenty of storage space. Good bathroom with hot shower. We could use the kitchen which was great. Breakfast was very good. Excellent location for walking into town. Laundry service which was a very reasonable price. Secure parking for our motorcycles.

Amazing location! You can see a waterfall from the property and the surrounding mountains are stunning. Many birds around. Lovely dogs and the cat tiggy. Oliver prepared a delicious dinner for us. The room was super comfortable and we missed nothing! I have not seen any better place around Baños!

Joanna was a gem of a host. Each morning she greeted us with a smile for breakfast (which varied everyday and was amazing!) and willing to help with everything. Booking tours via them is totally recommended it’s cheaper than other tour operators in town and when we went rafting we ended up in the same group as people who booked through geotravel (25 vs 30$). The bikes we rented were also well mantained and Joanna explained the waterfall route very well. Hotel also offers laundry at cheap prices. The room was as described and the shared bathroom was very clean, shower was hot. The patio and garden were really nice and were really inviting to have a drink or play a game. The Hostal is located in a peaceful bit of Banos. It’s a 10min walk to the centre, the uphill bit is easy with a normal fitness level. All in all our stay was really good (and good value!) but the staff made it heartwarming! Extra tip. Go to El Salado hotspring which is amazing and pretty close by.

It is an exceptional hotel that covers all my needs, both in terms of location, cleanliness, attention to delicious quality food, and we even asked to meet the cooks to give them our thanks and recognition. This time my mom and my aunt traveled and we felt like At home. The breakfast was delicious, everything except that it lacked caffeine-free coffee but they have told me that they will have it on their menu in the future. Thank you very much for such excellent service
