I recently stayed at Grand Sapphire Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is new and luxurious, with an amazing swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing. The gym is incredibly modern, equipped with a wide variety of top-notch equipment, making it great for fitness enthusiasts. The food was delicious, offering a diverse menu with plenty of tasty options. While the general staff were okay, the customer relations staff truly stood out. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond, even offering us complimentary tickets to a concert party hosted at the hotel. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The house is located on a quiet street in the center of Girne, close to the marina. The owner lives in a separate apartment on the top floor of the apartment building. When we arrived, we contacted the owner, he delivered the key to the apartment, we checked in early as there was no accommodation before us, thank you to him. The outside door of the apartment we stayed in opened directly onto the street. There is free parking on the street. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom with everything you might need. Wi-fi is very good. In general, we were satisfied, we will prefer when we come again.

When it comes to the cleanliness of the establishment, we have nothing to complain about. Our rooms were impeccably maintained, which greatly contributed to our pleasant stay. The sheets were fresh, the surfaces were spotless, and the facilities were perfectly maintained. We could see that the housekeeping team was genuinely committed to cleanliness and worked diligently to ensure a pleasant environment for guests. The hotel staff was always ready to assist us and answer any questions we had. They provided us with valuable information about local attractions, public transportation schedules, and even helped us organize our travels. Their kindness and availability greatly contributed to making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. In summary, our two-night stay at Royal Goddess was absolutely memorable. The warm and attentive service, along with the spotless cleanliness of our rooms, made our stay an exceptional experience. Very clean and spacious apartment with good fascilities. The property is in quiet area with good restaurants in walking distance. The host is helpful and friendly always in hand when needed.

If you want to experience the world famous Turkish hospitality, this is the place! We spend 2 nights and everything was perfect. The family who runs the place is so sincere and helpful. They did everything to make sure we are comfortable, it was like staying over a relative or friend's house. Breakfast was so rich but the owners never stopped offering more and more. Rooms are elegant and stylishly designed. Beds, sheets, towels and equipment are brand new and spotlessly clean. There are slippers, amenities, kettle, tea&coffee in the room and free chocolate in the fridge like a 5 star hotel, yet still feels like home.

Wonderful stay, would love to have stayed longer.
