The hotel itself is very charming in an interesting location, heart of Nubian village, river front. The room was comfy and very clean, exactly like in the photos. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. The room was silent good sound isolation, we’ve stayed at the last room of the hotel corridor. The restaurant was excellent, big portions, great fresh local products, exquisite cuisine. It was the best kebab we had in Egypt. It has also beautiful views to the River. First, we came from Cairo with some stomach illness and the manager of the hotel Samir and all hotel staff did everything to make us felt better, he even went to a drugstore and bought us medicine and gave us as a gift. Thank you very Samir and Hamo, restaurant manager, your sympathy and attention made all the difference. Hamo also offered us local tea for all discomfort every day and it has helped a lot. Samir booked some transfers for us, they were all good and responsible drivers. Last, we had to leave the hotel early morning for a trip and they prepared us a breakfast box, with good variety and quality products, even boiled eggs. I don’t understand why other guests complain about it. Bottom line, I loved it and totally recommend.

We had a warm welcome, the staff are all excellent, very hospitable and helpful. The rooms were clean and the view picturesque. The Island has a nice and relaxed nubian vibe. There is a nearby grocery store that is very convenient and delicious restaurants nearby serving nubian food. For anyone wondering. It is easy to reach by boat at al hours either by public or private boat and if you are uncertain ask the guest House and they will help you out. They also helped us arrange experiences in the area such as Abu Simbel and boat rides. I can recommend taking a boat ride with some of the young guys working here to the nubian Village i.e. They also have a very good breakfast at a resonable price.

Habib is a very welcoming, helpful, and kind host, always available to solve any queries. He and his staff made us feel like at home, they went the extra mile to support us with the organization of visits and thanks to it we spent a great time in Aswan. On arrival, he let us choose from two different rooms, we were glad to have one connected to the terrace with a stunning view to the Nile river and the other bank of the city. The hotel has an excellent location, far from the noises of the city and about a ten minute walk from the tomb of nobles and to the public ferry dock. It is very easy and cheap to get there from the ferry boat west bank that is located five minutes from the Aswan railway station. The room was very cozy, it had a comfortable bed, modern AC and the water pressure was good.
