The location was perfect. The room excellent. Most of all the support via WhatsApp was off the chart. They organised parking and all of the directions and instructions spot on.

This may be the cleanest place we have stayed in our life. The room was spotless and very pleasant to stay in. The staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make you feel at home. Tried to extend our stay but it was fully booked. Parking in the garage can be a little challenging because of the narrow entry. Parking at ground level was easy though (as long as you find an empty spot). No dining facilities onsite, but plenty of café/bar nearby. Building resembles an old construction from the outside, but it is updated in the inside, so no worries about comfort. We will definitely stay again if go back to the area.

Facilities at Sercotel Puerta de la Catedral include free WiFi throughout the hotel. It is in the heart of the old town, on the same square as Salamanca’s Cathedrals.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel and yet again it felt like coming home. Immaculately clean, in a beautiful historical building, in a central location, with not particularly numerous, but very competent staff. A genuine gem.

Excellent location, comfortable rooms, great service, overall lovely place and exceeded my expectations really! Especially staff at reception were super helpful, I cant express more appreciations for care and advises ! This is rare. I would return again. Rooms are quiet and well designed. Excellent location close to all the main attractions, and literally 2 mins away to Plaza Mayor. The unit was clean and well equipped, and easy to access. The manager Juan Luis went out of his way to assist with all my needs and was most helpful.

Very good studio apartment everything you need for a short stay for a family of 4, but for a couple I think it's top notch.
