Perfect location - the hotel is located in a palace literally, and even the city's "Muralla" is part of it. Very tasty a la carte breakfast, with high quality ingredients - great tea selection. It was clean and modern and in the heart of Avila. Coffee shops and a cathedral almost on your doorstep, what is not to like? The ambience and the view of the square are unsurpassed. Rodrigo was super-helpful, and made the self-checking in very easy with WhatsApp videos. I would definitely stay there again.
