    Location is very good for a short walk into the center of town. Plenty of on street parking within a 5-min walk from the hotel. Less than 20m drive to airport. Room was larger than standard with a comfy bed, and good shower. Check-in was quick and easy with polite staff attending to us. Minibar was nice to have, and it had inside 2 x cokes, 2 x water, 1 x kitkat, and only 1 x beer. Would have been better with 2 beers. Elche is gem of a place with lots of restaurants. I would come back again.

    Lovely hotel and staff. Excellent English spoken by staff which made communication easy. We requested a kettle for the room and an iron. These were provided and our needs were accommodated. Breakfast and restaurant was good. Nice pool area. Easy check in/check out. Room was clean and perfect for our stay. Quiet location 10-15 mins drive from Alicante airport on the outskirts of Elche. We had a hire car, easy to get to and plenty of free parking.

    Nice hotel but got charged extra for dogs even tho a dog hotel and they provided nothing for them! Breakfast was quite poor and Aircon wasn't functional but all in all standard hotel out the way but Nice staff, Will do for 1 nite stay. Also has free parking which is bonus as out the way and classed as business hotel.

    The staff was nice and even if they do not talk in English, we had everything we wanted. If they do not understand ua, we just translated them with the app. The hotel is huge and the parking lot was free for guests.

    The room was a mini suite and set in lovely palm gardens. Staff were very welcoming.There was plenty of car parking although there was a 13 euro charge per night.There was plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast.

    Hotel location is excellent being a few minutes walk from the main attractions. Secure parking, although number of spaces is limited, was very good especially as will accept larger cars. Room was clean and warm, size good as was the bathroom and excellent walk in shower.
