The apartment was clean and spacious. The grounds are well kept. There was a jacuzzi and sauna underground that we used as well as the outdoor pool. Bedrooms were big enough. It was like a home from home, had everything you needed! Around 10 mins walk to a couple of bars and a supermarket! Will be booking again when we come back in July/Aug or September!

The complex facility is very organized and clean, as is the swimming pool. The complex schedule is very well respected(there was a party in the complex one night and looked like things were going to last but at 23h it got really quiet). The apartment is very well designed, two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms, maiking it very easy for a family or a small group. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we could not find anything that we needed and was not there. Unlike most accomodations, the things people leave sometimes behind here are still there(detergent, etc). The apartment is at the ground floor facing the pool which is perfect, and some swimming toys and few outdoor games can be found in the cabinet on the terrace. The location is very nice. 7 min drive from the Plaja del Campo, a very pretty beach that is not a main attraction. Also a fee minutes drive from the Consum supermarket, where everything is found. Beds are quite comfortable, there is AC in the living room and one bedroom. In short, best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in.

Have stayed in these apartments a few times and always impressed by how clean and spacious they are and big balcony which is lovely to sit out on and watch the world go by . Bathroom with a bath,shower and toilet spotless and kitchen are with everything we need including very large fridge freezer 😀 Biggest plus air con in main room and bedroom really super 👌

    Surprisingly nice hotel considering the location and pricing plan. Really helpful, cheerful staff, very obliging. We had a problem with the lock on our door late in the evening which had to be replaced and whilst waiting for an emergency locksmith we were given free drinks by way of apology - much appreciated Secure car parking a bonus and a fabulous beach just 50 yards away

    Good location,short walk to the beach. Various restaurants/bars/supermarket in close proximity. Room with air con, tv, safe, kettle, super shower and a lovely small balcony overlooking the street. On street parking outside hotel.

    This is a nice hotel quite close to the beach in Guardamar. The service is great and the breakfast buffet has all you need. You get the coffee served at the table and their omelette is wonderful! The room we had was spacious and even had a small fridge for keeping drinks cold. Secure parking is available close to the hotel, 15€ per day.

    I liked the fact that the Beach was very close by and all the food was excellent and plenty of it. It's just a shame that the car parking isn't free as this would free up the occasional congestion on the road. The land opposite would be ideal for free parking especially as it was never been used on my many stays there!
