New ZealandWarm family atmosphere, beautiful home cooked traditional evening meal. Everything was prepared fresh. We enjoyed a Finnish Sauna by the river, wondering around the large grounds - just a beautiful place to relax. We had been traveling for 5 weeks with another 4 to go, and the serenity of this place allowed us to reset and feel refreshed. Most of all, we enjoyed sitting down with the hosts and talking about the Finnish lifestyle and traditions, our lives, and how similar they are even though we live on the opposite side of the world.
