I liked everything about this hotel. Check in was simple. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful as was the service staff member who explained how to use my very own private sauna which I took full advantage of during my stay. I loved that the room was spacious. The breakfast was expansive and they even served bubbly. A perfect stay.

It was a wonderful stay. The host was very warm and prepared lots of snacks and gifts for us. The decoration of the whole house made us Asian customers feel the festive atmosphere of Christmas clearly. My friends and I like it very much. We loved every bit of this experience - was reluctant to book initially as it was over what we would normally pay on accommodation, but it was worth every penny. The attention to detail of the hosts cannot be matched to anything we've experienced until now; all questions are covered before being asked, super clean and cosy, and luckily for us we also had the cottage to ourselves. We did not see the northern lights here, but sleeping under the stars remains a magical experience.

    It was a silent, comfy stay - relaxing! City center just around the corner with a lot of places to eat and shop. Hotel restaurant is also exceptional. The best breakfast ever in Finland! Car parking with no additional costs. Would choose next time.

    This is a great place you must book at least one night if you are planning to stay in Rovaniemi, very nice treatment. The room was clean, good space and free parking lot. Breakfast is included, the bus stop to arrive from airport or train is exactly in front of the hotel. As it is well know you can arrive very easy and you if you book some tours it is located 10 mins from the center, tour operations can pick you at the hotel .
