The staff were wonderful. Nothing too much trouble. The whole place had a very special ambience. The breakfast and evening meal was cooking of a wholesome type of French cuisine that was generous. Excellently comfortable bed and very good bathing facilities. The hotel grounds are beautiful and relaxing and eating and drinking on the terrace very special.

After a 32km walk the pool was fantastic. Cedric is a great host (with perfect English if you need it) who organised an early taxi for us to our train and provided an even earlier breakfast. The rooms are superb, very clean and spacious with a nice shaded patio area for a few post walk beers.

Gorgeous, comfortable house in beautiful village right by the castle. Very well equipped and comfortable. I was just sorry that due to travel delays we arrived late and would have liked more time there
