Pauline and Damien were very welcoming, helpful, flexible and thoughtful. I particularly appreciated their willingness to spend some time with me each day to chat in French, despite my lack of ability! The property is very nice quality with everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting and eating outside, overlooking the farmers fields. The property is in a lovely, quiet, remote country location, perfect for a relaxing break.

Three great recommendations from the host Julien: fine dining at Restaurant Traiteur le Fournil, visit Montreuil-sur-Mer, 10km running route on quiet and farm roads (Julien accompanied us). Excellent hosts and neighbours, so friendly and good to have them nearby. Beautiful rural location within easy reach from Calais. House is very comfortable with excellent beds and well equipped kitchen. Would love to return. It was very relaxing, even with six children.
