It was old but clean. The rooms on the other side were much nicer and had more light. I guess also more expensive. The breakfast was ok. The fruits were good and there were many options of fruits. It is located right next to the historic part of Eze and the Fragonard factory. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. A big advantage of the hotel is a large swimming pool and a comfortable parking lot. Breakfast is also available, although we didn't use it as we had a kitchen. There is a bakery and a grocery store next door, so shopping is not a problem. A very good place to quickly get to Monaco, Nice or Cannes.
