Close to the GR5 / E2 long distance path in an area where there are few accommodation options I was really glad of Le Clos des Pommes. Lovely spacious room with all I needed and an excellent breakfast.

The rooms were very comfortable and Nadine is very welcoming - we texted to arrange the eta and she sent me directions (in French but google translate is very good!). The bathroom is small but everything was very clean and easy to use. Breakfast was very good - we filled in a card to say what we wanted and Nadine phoned a small restaurant the evening we arrived to see if it was open. It was about 5 mins drive away, basic but the food was good (Monday's lots of restaurants were closed) and the staff welcoming. Water, tea and coffee was provided in our room, also towels, etc.

Nancy Vieille ville Stanislas is located in the centre of Nancy, close to Nancy Train Station, Place Stanislas and Nancy Opera.

The location is outstandingly good. The secure parking is a short walk away, it is tight but not a problem. Good guidance is given. We arrived on a cold afternoon and the apartment was warm with curtains drawn and welcoming lighting. The decor and furnishings are attractive and practical. The compact bathroom is bright and well appointed. Instructions were clear and the host did everything to make things run smoothly. If we are in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The apartment is very nice, clean and the location is also very close to everything in the city center. Parking is 2 minutes walk away and the car is in a gated property. Communication was in English and very precise with instructions.
