The house is beautiful, spacious, well-equipped and true to its name, calm and relaxing. It is stylish and has been lovingly renovated. The beds are extremely comfortable, we had one of the best nights sleep, ever. Its location for visiting the World War One battlefields and cemeteries is perfect. It would also be great for a cycling holiday. The garden and courtyard are lovely and we had fresh flowers and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed and would love to come back. Can wholeheartedly recommend! Thank you.

The very helpful host, Jerome, arranged to meet me at the entrance of the nearby car park (secure public car park), free when you stay in Jerome's apartment. The apartment is ideally located, right in the town centre, between the two places (as its name says!). The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. Ideal place for visiting Arras and its region. Highly recommend it!

It’s a really beautiful and clean house. The breakfast there was absolutely delicious (particularly rhubarbe confiture) The hosts were very friendly and attentive. Also, our dog had a lot of fun there, as she could play with local labrador Paris :)

Location is ideal for visitors to Somme Valley and region, with many local attractions and nearby memorial sites relating to the 1914-1918 World War. Major centers such as Arras and Albert are easily accessible via scenic local roads. Scenery and landscape are spectacular, with gorgeous villages nearby and thriving farms everywhere. Please arrange with Mireille to enjoy her delicious quiche, warm fresh milk from their dairy farm, tasty cheese plate and homemade jams with her fresh croissants for your breakfast. Also ask Mireille to show you her "treasures" from the 1914-1918 World War, as their farm was once a battlefield and they continue to find old ammunition even one century after the war ended. Mireille also has excellent directions, maps and other 1914-1918 World War resources available for her visitors. Visitors will enjoy visiting the family dairy operations and seeing all of the farm animals, cows, friendly dog, cat, rooster and chickens.
