Christoph was an excellent host, supplying drinks, moved his car from the carport so I could park bike my motorbike in the dry as it was raining, good breakfast with plenty of coffee..beautiful location in the middle of the forest…and I almost missed the large pig ! in the little villa, just noticed it in the morning when leaving, fabulous , merci Christoph.

Arrived late afternoon and did not leave, so can't really say anything about the area it's located. Can say that parking was easy and plenty spacious. The accomodation itself was in great condition and the themed rooms are fun, spacious and in good condition. The owners are exeptionally friendly and really give you a homestay feel. The prepared dinner and included breakfast where fantastic. Last but not least the swimming pool was in great condition.

Isabella greeted us upon arrival with fresh bread. Logis côté Cour has everything you need for your stay. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Outside was just the perfect place to really relax with a garden, patio table and chairs. Idyllic and so peaceful. There’s even a car port for your vehicle. 5 stars and rebooked. What a hidden gem.

Beautiful restoration of a castle hosted by the charming owners, Celine & Gabriel. The large rooms with gorgeous canopy beds and views over the grounds were impeccable. Highly recommend to those looking for an authentic stay away from the city. Both Sancere and Pouilly are short drives away.

Visited as a late night stopover from Paris to Gorges Du Tarn and it was ideal. Close to the motorway but remote and peaceful. Late easy access to transfer sleeping children (!) and delicious breakfast with views!

We came all the way from the states for a cousins wedding in herry. I booked based on location and ratings. It’s exactly what we anticipated. Quiet, calm, relaxed atmosphere. Very kind staff. We sat in the courtyard for an hour to enjoy a bottle of wine of local fare and it was a great way to start the evening. Enjoy a picturesque view of the town from the island during sunset. Breakfast was great and not rushed. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Nothing fancy but a great place to stay for a night or weekend.

    We stayed for one night on the way back from the Dordogne so we could visit La-Charite-sur-Loire (beautiful name, beautiful place!). We chose Christophe's place because it was nearby, had secure parking, included a (contintental) breakfast, and all for a very good price. The facilities in the room were also good (e.g. microwave, kettle, small table and chairs) and Christophe kindly offered us plates and cutlery. Everything was very clean and the area was very quiet.
