Le Clos Mouron is a great family stop over hotel. Its facilities are simple, clean but practical and good value. We will return as it is in an ideal location for a one night stop for a trip from Calais to Provence.

Caesar was a great host, very responsive and checked that we arrived ok and if we had any questions. Our first time to Tournus in the Bourgogne area, a lovely and obviously quite affulent town. We were there early Jan, post the New Year so a number of restaurants were closed, which is common across France this time of year. Caesar gave us clear instructions on where to park, we used the free public parking and got a space very close to the apartment but imagine it may not be the same during peak holiday periods.

The property is beautiful. Very clean. Lovely touch of bottle of water and chocolates in fridge. Marie responds to messages very quickly. Free parking outside the property or along the river. Restaurants nearby. Excellent bakery short drive away for breakfast. We will be back.

We were passing through from Spain to Germany and only needed a place to stay overnight. The apartment was so nice and comfortable, we wished we could have stayed longer but it being winter and with not much to do, we were happy to go home. However, the location is perfect for discovering Burgundy during the warmer months. You would need a car to move around the area but parking seems plentiful outside the apartment. There is also a lovely bakery nearby plus some restaurants within walking distance. Plus a supermarket and gas station to fill up on supplies. The next time we drive down to Spain again, we will definitely consider staying here again.

    It is a dated hotel which cerainly has it charm. Ample free parking space in front of the hotel. An elevator from 1946 which did what was suposed to do. All in all a pleasant experience. Super dinner and an even better breakfast

    This is an exceptional hotel and one we'll visit again when travelling through France. The reception was friendly and informative. Their restaurant was incredible. Breakfast was one of the very best. The coffee and hot chocolate were memorable. Tournus is beautifully small and the hotel is a mere one minute from the autoroute. Secure parking!
